pH and Alkalinity
One of the most important aspects of maintaining healthy vibrant skin is to balance pH (potential hydrogen). There is no better way to do this than to supplement the diet with chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is present in green vegetables in the mesosomes of cyanobacteria as well as the chloroplasts of plants. In essence it is the plant energy of stored light from the sun. There is an excellent nutritional supplement called ChlorOxygen, which when supplemented to the tune of 18 drops in a 6oz. glass of water 3 times day can markedly enhance the oxygenation in cells. pH is sustained in many different levels throughout various systems of the body. Urine is the most accessible way to measure pH. The range extends from 5.0-8.0, a healthy urinary pH is between 6.4-6.8. This can be easily measured with the help of Phydrion .067 calibrated urine strips. When urinating on a strip, there is a numerical color code that reveals the status of your pH. One tenth of a point equals 64.9% oxygen differential, so it’s easy to see how important chlorophyll is at helping us to maintain oxygen rich cells. Oxygen rich cells are better at protecting us from harmful bacteria, inflammation, and allergies. Keep your body oxygen rich and healthy by supplementing with chlorophyll.
