Whole Health Counseling does not accept health insurance.

Cash, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & Discover) and checks are accepted for payment

A missed or cancelled appointment without a minimum of 24-hour notice, will be charged the full price of the visit. If you need to reschedule, kindly contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may not be able to receive treatment for that day, or your treatment time may be shortened in consideration of other appointments that follow yours.

If a portion of your appointment is missed due to tardiness, you will still be responsible for the full fee of your service.

All information that is discussed during your appointments is personal and confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.

Please feel free to ask any questions concerning your care and treatment plan. You can refuse any type of treatment at any time.
